22 Nov END OF YEAR ORTHOTIC CUTOFF DATE
APRC and The Orthotic Group are doing everything in our power to support you in meeting your orthotic needs and expectations during the busiest time of the year. As such, the 2022 cutoff date for orthotic appointments for ordering has been set to December 7, 2022.
Our goal is to ensure that orders received by this date will be completed and pick up appointments made by December 23, 2022. (Please note that Dr. Jessica Levy will be out of the office the last week in December).
We understand this is earlier then years past as insurance companies have changed the way we bill for custom molded orthotics. Now that we have to wait and bill at pick up, we need to make the cutoff date earlier to allow for time to schedule appointments for pick up.
