If so, you may be experiencing symptoms from a condition many people suffer from called “Tech Neck.” Tech Neck occurs due to the stress we put on our spine while looking down at our computer or cell phone for a prolonged period. Symptoms such as headaches, neck pain, back pain and shoulder pain are commonly felt when you have this condition.
